Private or semi-private (up to 1:3) strength training in gym

I offer exercise coaching to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, agility, and balance customized to your health and wellbeing goals. I offer flexibility in terms of in person (in a gym or at your home) or virtual (from another gym or from your home), real time or through video recordings, single person or up to 3 people coached at a time. Longer packages (e.g. 3 or 6 months) or higher frequency (2-3x/wk) are available depending on your goals, and are subject to bulk rates. Inquire further for more information. The assessment/updates fee is a 1x/month fee for me to create your initial program customized to your goals and your particular movement status, to accommodate any injury or movement limitation as we go, and to progress through various phases based on your goals. My approach is to take you through movements slowly and mindfully to improve effectiveness and increase adaptation. I don't push you for more frequent or intense workouts, I encourage you to follow your intuition and body wisdom and energy levels. I prompt you to feel your sensations as you do the movements to build body awareness and expand your neuroplasticity possibilities.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours. A cancellation or rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged.
